  1. Register for obtaining an application consultation

    1. Registration conditions for obtaining a financial consultation

      You will get financial consultation if:

      • You are a Vietnamese citizen, aged from 18 to 60
      • You have a valid ID Card
      • Your phone number is not locked
      • You can access the internet
      • You have a stable income
    2. What documents should I provide?

      We only require a valid passport.

    3. How much can I register for obtaining the consultation?

      You can register for obtaining a financial consultation from 100 000 to 10 000 000 VND depending on needs and monthly income.

    4. When can I send an application?

      We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you have the right to send application at any time.

    5. Is it difficult to registrer an application?

      Very simple. Just enter the required information the online application consulting form, we will contact you for consulting support. After that perform the signing of the agreement with a one-time password (OTP code) sent by message to your phone.

    6. My application for obtaining the consultation has been approved. When will I get the money?

      You will receive money immediately from our partner after you sign the agreement. But it still depends on your banking process. Usually, daily transaction time are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. If your application is approved outside office hours, the loan transfer process will be carried out the next morning. If it is weekends, bank transfer will be made on the following Monday morning.

    7. Can I get approval for another consulting application when I already have an active consulting application?

      You can only have one consulting application with at the same time. However, you can be allowed to increase your financial limit by our partner if you pay on time for the previous registration.

    8. Will the next consulting application be further increased?

      You will automatically be able to upgrade your loan limit as soon as you pay your current application. You can send request again as soon as the previous loan is closed and you make a full payment for our partner.

    9. How do I know if my consulting application is approved?

      After aplication being approved, you will receive a message (SMS) sent to your registered mobile number or a notification in the CashBerry Mobile App or website to inform and provide details of the loan.

      You can check the repayment date for Cashberry partners, the amount must be repaid due for registered application by Logging in to your Personal Account on the CashBerry Mobile App platform or the website

    10. Why has my consulting application been approved but the money has not been sent into my account?

      CashBerry partner will transfer right after you sign the agreement. The receiving time will depend on your bank. Usually, the transfer takes only a few hours.

    11. What should I do if I enter wrong account details?

      In this case, you will not receive money from the loan successfully, because the account number is not compatible with the ID number. The money will be returned to CashBerry's Partner Company within 2 weeks. The application will then be automatically canceled and you do not need to pay interest and service fees. You can create a new loan application and provide accurate Bank account details again.

    12. I have registered an 1 consulting application at another company. Am I approved an application for financial consulting at CashBerry?

      If your payment history at another company is on time, we will advise the most suitable application for you.

    13. What should I do if my application was rejected?

      If you have met the conditions to register for consulting application at CashBerry and have a good credit history, you can review the registration steps if you made an error. You can try to re-register for a consulting application. Please provide detailed and accurate personal information, the higher your chances of approval your application.

  2. How to repay

    1. How can I repay?

      You can choose one of the following payment methods:

      • Transfer via Internet Banking or mobile banking application
      • Cash transfer at the nearest bank location

    2. Can I repay to CashBerry partner before due date?

      You can repay at any time. This will help you avoid payment delays.

    3. What should I do if I cannot pay on time to CashBerry partner?

      You just need to submit an rollover request. Just log in to your account, click on the "Rollover" function to make rollover request.

    4. What should I do if my payment transfer fails?
